The Background
A successful international organisation providing electronics communications systems is looking for an Operations Planner to provide feedback of planning outputs to the business divisions and provide absence cover so the planning activity for the whole of the company is not reliant on one single person.

The Job Spec.,
As an Operations Planner you’ll be involved in manufacturing planning of often complex electronic components in low volumes or special projects. You’ll provide feedback of plans and changes to those plans to the Business divisions, implement the Engineering and Production Change Requests and maintain the parts master on the business systems (MRP / MPS)

Your back ground
You’ll be educated to a degree/HNC/HND or equivalent in Materials/ Operations planning or a Business System related discipline and/or have experience working in Manufacturing / Engineering environment. You’ll demonstrate a sound understanding of MPS/MRP systems and have good knowledge of EFACs or similar (SAP) Business system.
